Thank You!

17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord
Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” Colossians 3:17
I would like to only give a short message of gratitude to you this week in appreciation of
your gifts and encouragement throughout this Pastor Appreciation Month. It is a gift to
serve a local church and a blessing to any family. Yes, there are challenges along the way
and every day is not sunshine and roses. Yet to serve God’s people is an honor of which I
am eternally grateful.
I read and received the words of Colossians 3:17 in response to our gratitude. In all we
do as pastor and church it is my hope it is in the name of the Lord Jesus. In this is where
we give our thanks. While I am grateful for you and all that you have brought to our
lives, I give thanks most of all to God. We have our hope in him and in all things for this,
I am grateful.
So, Thank You! Thank You for serving the church and Thank You for serving our family.
Thanks be to God for all his provision along the way.
